Now what I have for your here is one heck of a deal! I got mine and I have never been in love with vacuuming before. Even the mister had to get it back out to go around and vacuum. I have had some seemingly nice vacs before but this is the BEST VACUUM ever! See below for my Hoover Platinum Review.

Okay so why is this machine green you might ask? well most machines seem to come bagless anymore, so that is a HUGE bonus. Simply empty out and you have saved the landfill a bag. But most also have replaceable filters. My last vacuum had great cleaning potential, but I had the replace the HEPA filter every month! They are like $30! (even on ebay, and anywhere online) Some suction would be lost when it wasn’t replaced and well, $30×12 is too much freakin money!

The first day I had my Hoover Platinum Collection Upright Bagless Cyclonic Vacuum I hadn’t been to sleep yet for the night (ya insomnia!) So at 11am it arrives and I am all of a sudden full of energy! I put it all together in about 1 minute, then got to cleaning. We have really think carpet in our bedroom and in the spare bedrooms, dog hair sticks to it like crazy. And no matter what, the carpet just doesn’t get any softer. I took this baby across that floor in the bedroom and it was filled to the brim with carpet fibers that we had never been able to get up before, and of course dust and dog hair. I might mention that Craig and I both brought vacuums to this house, and neither worked very well on that carpet. So happy this puppy does!

Next I tackled the living room. It has this nifty light that tells you if that carpet is dirty or clean. On the high traffic areas, it started out dirty but with a few passes (some areas a lot of passes) it came out with the green clean light! YAY! It is really easy to manuever, and simple as pie to dump the dirt in the trash, basically just press a button, just make sure it doesn’t get too full or you do have to use your hands to pull it out.

I also love that the height adjustment is near the power switch, I am able to change heights for bare floors, rugs, and different carpet so effortlessly.

So do you remember the info above? 6 year warranty? No loss of suction? Lifetime washable filter? FINALLY! and it is more affordable then those $600 vacuums. This isn’t inexpensive but it will have that beautiful 6 year warranty! My vacuums usually only last a year or maybe at most 2, that in itself makes this a green machine!
