I don’t drink Energy drinks very often, but whenever I do, I am always struggling to find one that won’t give me a 
sugar crash. and again, this isn’t so much a “green” review, but I love what they do, and sometimes i need a pick me up!

GreenSmart and Act2 Laptop Sleeve Review and Giveaway
This world always amazes me in the solutions people come up with to disastrous problems we create. Take for instance the bottles to bags that GreenSmart created. Gorgeous, and durable and not just a gimmick. My review will come in a moment, but first a little site review!
GreenSmart’s website is a fairly good resource for information on the process of recycling plastic bottles into fabrics (and other products for that matter). There is an easy-to-follow section about the process of creating rPET fabric particularly as it relates to the fabric they are using, and they also have an informative glossary of sustainable sourcing/manufacturing terms and useful information.
A Few Key Points From GreenSmart’s Website:
- PET/PETE is Polyethylene terephthalate – recycle symbol #1
- 230 bottles per person go to landfill per year (this adds up folks, according to this site they quantify it by giving us the stat that it is equivalent to filling up the Rose Bowl Stadium in California with crushed plastic bottles every two weeks!)
- These bottles are an environmental disaster – petroleum-based plastic that does NOT decompose
- Same chemical composition as polyester – so, same benefits that polyester offers, but from recycled source
- Each yard of finished fabric uses about 18—16 oz. bottles and saved 10,000 BTUs from manufacturing—enough power to light a 17 watt compact fluorescent light for 15 hours

I was sent two Laptop Sleeves. The Bottles 2 Bags was my first and only choice, but they were sold out of my size. boowhoo. And for good reason! they are awesome! They went ahead and insisted they send me a larger one, so I could at least get a feel for it. They are thick, cushy, and green smart! My bag is is Storm Blue in color, and really very pretty. It also only weighs 7 ounces! I have a nice laptop bag that I won last year, and it doesn’t quite match, but it does fit pretty nicely in there. It still doesn’t fit my computer, but what I have been doing it putting my computer in the NeoGreene sleeve then in the Bottles to Bags, and then in my laptop bag. This is one shampoo no one else is allowed to TOUCH! heck they better not even look at it. It suds up nicely and smooths over hair in a velvety lather, rinses well, has a very light, yet lovely scent. Using the regular shampoo and conditioner combo is like using most haircare lines treatment products. Truth is, it works! It does everything it claims, and maybe even more! I certainly have a healthy head of hair, along with a healthy scalp, and I will be reordering when I am all out. Somewhat lucky for me, I only wash my hair 3-4 times a week, so this will last a good amount of time. I am only half-way through now!
