Make It Monday! Rosemary Mint Refreshing Foot Scrub & Moisturizer

Refresh hot feet!
I don’t know about everyone else, but the more cooped up my toes are in shoes and socks, the more they ache. I always feel like I need to let the dogs breathe!

So here is a very simple recipe you can use to refresh feet, and keep some circulation flowing!

Rosemary Mint Hot Feet Refresher

Ingredients:
1/2 cups sea salt. (fine)
1/4 cup of Coconut oil (or more if you have sensitive feet)
10 drops of Rosemary Essential Oil
6 drops of Peppermint Oil

Simply mix it all together. Wet feet, and massage in. This should last a few treatments, and feel free to do your legs too! Rinse off pat dry.

So now you have a scrub, but what about a moisturizer?

Same recipe, just subtract the sea salt! This Rosemary Mint Foot & Leg Energizing Moisturizer will make you feel like running a marathon….
Well maybe, but it does feel so good!

I was sent a couple products to try from Green 4 Your Soul.  First a company I have wanted to work with for the longest time, Shea Terra.  I tried a sample size of their Shea Terra Organics Pink Guava Pomegranate Shea Body Butter.  Some Shea Butter products I have tried are a little too slick and well, greasy. Not this one. It is nice and thick like a body butter should be, but absorbs in quickly, so that it is my skin feeling the nourishment, not my clothes!  You don’t have to wait 15 minutes before dressing, fearing it will all come off on your clothes!  And the sweet smell of Pink Guava is a nice bonus too.  Not too strong to over power the senses, but a subtle lingering note.

The size I was sent is .26 oz., and is just want my purse and I were craving, as I have a couple other cheek and lip tints, but I can’t fathom pulling it out and applying to my lips in public! They are just too big. This is a nice discreet tube.

The color is great, more berry then cocoa, but not pink berry. It goes on extremely natural, and the texture is great to smooth into the cheeks and lips. Who can lose with a cosmetic that uses only antioxidant rich fruits and vegetables to create their pigment?

I was able to try out a few products, sent straight from Bonita herself.  The Moisturizing Hemp & Omega 3 Body Lotion was a true favorite. My close second favorite product is the  Firming Aloe Eye Gel. I was passed sensitive eye skin from my mom, and I can’t use anything with AHA’s in my eye care routine. yet I need a good moisturizer to keep up and ahead of the game.
