Yes to Carrots Review and Giveaway
I know I have warned you about my love of lip care. Whether it is pulling double duty as a moisturizer and color, or whether it is purely a gloss, or lipstick, I am a lover of them all!
I was thrilled when I was asked to review the lip colors that Yes to Carrots was just unleashing on the beauty loving world. And of course, I am happier to be able to bring my findings to you!

I love to be able to stick a little color in my pocket for quick pick me ups for my face, and the C Me Blush Lip Tints from Yes to Carrots is nice and thin, and totally pocketable. Add to that they are 95% made with Organic ingredients, and that they contain NO: phenols, petroleum, phlates, carmine or parabens, make them that much more kissable!
What they do contain is:
- All-natural, 95% organic ingredients
- Organic vegetable extracts & vitamin E provide antioxidant protection
- Coconut, jojoba & sunflower oils nourish and condition
- Shea Butter soothes and hydrates
- Beeswax locks in moisture to form a protective barrier
- Mineral pigments add color naturally
They are really great moisturizers, and the colors are fun, and nicely sheer but with enough pigment, that if you layer, you can get some depth.

I was also able to sample their new Lip Glosses. Completely non-sticky, and chock full of moisturizing ingredients too! High color, with shine that can be seen across the room! Again that contain none of the nasties mentioned above, but contain oodles of moisturizers, like beeswax, jojoba, and coconut oils.

My other favorites from Yes to Carrots is the Tender Touch Hand Cream, very light in scent, perfectly moisturizes, and leaves hand soft but able to function!
The Hand Spa. oh, this is sooo nice! Dead Salts mixed with Olive Oil, Sunflower Oil and Jojoba plus other nutrients slough away dead skin and cuticles, and replace them with extra non greasy moisture. I am not sure how they made this with just the right combo of liquid and Salt grains, and yet leave your hands moisturzed and not greasy is beyond me, but I hope they keep doing it!
