Go Green Items was founded much like Prissy Green was. Someone looking and researching to find the perfectly green, earth friendly products realizing how much time and effort is spent, deciding to share it with the masses! And so a store was born!

- We practice recycling to the fullest extent
- Any displays used for our shows are hand made from bamboo from our backyard
- We purchase carbon offsets from www.CarbonFund.org
- Marketing materials are digitally printed on 100% recycled paper
- Invoices are primarily emailed and if printed they are printed on 100%
recycled paper
- We constantly are building our partnerships with other eco friendly businesses
to spread awareness

I was sent a super cool Recycled Fish Feed Sack Yoga Bag. Washable and water resistant this bag is durable, and chic! It is the feed sack, with some sort of durable plastic covering, with pockets, straps, and even a strap inside to help make it longer if necessary. Bag is HUGE in a great way! I don’t leave the house to do yoga much, but it is a great way to store my accessories. Or maybe I should find a way TO leave the house to practice yoga!
The bags were used to carry commodities in the Philippines, but was been refashioned into a colorful works of art. The bags are hand made from a women’s Co-op. Handcrafted and fair trade certified. No two bags alike. Handmade in the Philippines. Fair Trade Certified products guarantee a living wage to people in developing countries. Each bag sold helps provide sustainable living to the weavers, sewers & producers.
Which many of whom are disabled / economically disadvantaged single mothers supporting households. This translates into a better life for many. Produced under the Fair Trade standards these creations bring fair trade into the fashion world while helping people across the world improve their lives.

Fair Trade Product. Handmade by a women’s cooperative. Purchasing this item helps us keep our earth clean and green. We can do this together. When you purchase recycled products you are helping the families of the workers of the cooperative. Their objective is to recycle non-biodegradable items, such as juice boxes, into attractive, profitable products including colorful handbags and accessories. The cooperative currently provides a livelihood to 200 families, helping to generate much-needed income for basic living expenses and education. The cooperative is located in Pasig, Philippines. We can help the earth together one item at a time.
