Between insomnia, and neck issues, I sometimes can go days with a couple hours sleep. Then I crash. Hard! So I have to have a good pillow to support me, for a long extended sleep. I am not the only one that stores the days tension in my neck and shoulders, most of us do. Sleeping on a pillow that doesn’t relieve stress exposes us to health issues as we age.
