I am a good girl. I take my vitamins daily, and i also take a couple extra supplements.   One vitamin/mineral that I have always struggled to take is magnesium.  It is extremely important to our bodies in many ways, but isn’t so good to take orally. It is absorbed poorly, and can also cause diarrhea and flushing.

I have been using these products for a couple of months.   The first thing I noticed is that that my skin felt a little warm after applying, but I soon realized that you don’t have to leave the gel on, you can wipe it off after 20 minutes.  Heck I was trying to where it all day!

In the bath, this just feels amazing!  I really felt my muscles just melting.  I have been having some knee issues, and bathing the flakes and a little peppermint oil has helped!

I can’t say for sure that it has helped me with nervousness or sleep, but I think I need horse tranquilizers to help me there!  What I did notice that is more important then anything else…. It has decreased the length of my migraines.  Typically when I get one, it lasts for weeks or months.  Most of mine lately have been lasting a day, or two tops.   That to me, is so huge, so meaningful, and so priceless!

What I do to absorb the magnesium?   If I am getting ready to take a shower, I might use the spray, and spray my underarms, back and legs, do a few chores for about 20 minutes then hop in the shower and proceed as normal.  Some days I just apply to my arms and legs, and about 20 minutes later I use a wash cloth and wipe it off.  It turns a little chalky once dry on the skin.

I think you all know I am a bath whore. I love them.  And they love me.  I create a warm, not hot bath, and add the flakes, step in and relax for 15-20 minutes.  That is it!  I don’t always remember to this everyday, but I try to at least 3 times a week.
