The Yolk’s on You, IHOP

IHOP still only uses eggs from hens confined in cages so small they can’t even spread their wings. But thousands have urged the restaurant chain to start using eggs from cage-free hens.

Now comedian Bill Maher has added his voice to the campaign. Watch his message to IHOP, then please make a brief, polite phone call to IHOP letting them know you want them to start switching to cage-free eggs: 1-866-444-5144.

Please call even if you’ve taken action in the past. And if you get a busy signal, please try again when you can. Thank you for all you do for animals.

I find it frustrating when companies continue to do non-friendly things with animals…but it is also cheaper. I wish moral and inexpensive could go together easier!
