You can't watch all your children at every second. I hadn't been online much this past week because my parents were in town so i don't know all the details of what happened and what was said. Im sure she feels absolutely terrible already and doesn't need people making her feel worse. People can be brutal, and this is just not the time. We don't know the circumstance...high stress (moving, dad shipping out...etc) and she doesn't say if they ever had a pool before, perhaps she had not developed that sense of "awareness" with regards to the pool...you know what I mean? Not excuses...I think of Steven Curtis Chapman's recent loss of his young daughter and the heartbreak... but he did not blame, did his best to maintain integrity of his family. How about prayers of support and for comfort for this poor grieving family? And for those who are judging...well I have been guilty of that too, and when your eyes are opened, perhaps you will be judged unfairly...this will come back to you...it hurts. Not karma...Christ!
