Fall is here, signaling a change in weather, daylight, and temperature. It makes sense that with the seasonal shift we, too, experience mental, emotional, and physical changes. Bestselling author Ann Louise Gittleman addresses this in a common sense, accessible detox program built around the seasons, and for the month of October, you can read 100% of this book for free!
But don’t stop there—join us as we cleanse for beauty, cast spells, serve others, pray for a cure, and exorcise our demons (literally).

Thanks for posting the link for the free reading. I definitely plan to make us of this. I have such a hard time with the change to Fall/Winter, mostly because winter here is SO very dreary and cold and it seems to last forever. By the end of August, I’m already getting a case of the blahs just knowing that it’s coming.
