Pulse Yoga Express and Basics Review and Giveaway

Only have 30 minutes? You can pack a lot of Pulse into that short time. This DVD offers a condensed routine of the full versions of Pulse Yoga that addresses major workout needs.

In the home workout program Pulse Yoga Express, certified fitness instructor Argie Tang teaches audiences the fundamentals of ‘pulse yoga,’ an effective amalgam of elements from Pilates workouts, core fusion and traditional yoga. The teaching is through stretching, coordinated movements, and the use of weights, the process  strengthens and tones target areas of the body (such as the back, abs, upper arms and buttocks) while putting one’s mind and spirit at ease and thus alleviating stress.

This DVD is not easy, but isn’t too hard to get accustomed to either.  It works new muscles, that I am not used to working, and really kicked my butt the first couple times.  And a 30 minute workout is perfect for me.  I don’t have a long attention spam, and 30 minutes is nearly my limit.

I have one Yoga Pulse Express DVD to giveaway to one lucky reader!  AND a Pulse Yoga Basics DVD too!

Pulse Yoga Basics:

Pulse Yoga I Basic

A basic yoga routine that introduces the Pulse concept of micro movements within a posture. Key areas such as abdominal, lower back and gluteous muscles are targeted. Alternating right/left pulse movements with free weights define and sculpt the upper body.

  • Apply the use of free weights in novel ways to basic yoga postures
  • Strengthen and tone key areas such as the abdominals, lower back upper arms and gluteus
  • Teach core awareness
  • Stretch chronically tight areas such as the hamstrings and hip flexors

To enter to win both DVD’s, visit PulseYoga.com and tell me something you learned, or tell me why you think Pulse Yoga would be a good addition to your current workouts!
