I would also highly recommend Tofurky brand to anyone who is vegetarian/vegan or just trying to make better food choices. They use only non-gmo products and their brats are incredible. I also love their Tofurky Jerky and their line of fake lunch meats is really good too.

We have 0 good coffee choices locally here- If you’re looking for a green coffee suggestion, we buy ours in 5 lb bags from The Arbor Day Foundation & it’s really superb – The Italian Blend, shade grown, fair trade & organic.

Thanks mineola. I have used a few by alba but I think it says it’s only 98 % organic…. They have a citrus sea salt scrub that is the best smelling product ever. I have a sugar cane scrub now that is like chocolate but it’s not as granular as salt. It almost leaves a smooth sweet film I guess. Not a bad film….

the Clarisea sea salt scrubs are marvelous – they do face, body & plain salts you can mix to make your own- Prissygreen hosted a giveaway they sponsored, I think, not to long ago – those are the only salt scrubs I know well besides Philosophy’s Margarita scrub which I liked but thought was $$$.

Dr. Hauschka’s Rose Day Cream is the single best moisturizer I’ve ever used- the stuff is amazing, really a healing cream.
