Chicken in Pomegranate and Walnut Sauce looks really wild! The Dozen Things to do with Salsa beyond chip & dip is a keeper too.
We don’t live near a Trader Joe’s & recently moved even further away from one- but we used to make a major pilgrimage to pick up stuffed grape leaves, their wonderful red pepper spread, carrot & ginger soup- frozen tamales (first rate!) & their peerless nuts & trail mixes. Where else on Earth could you find cubed young baby coconut- in a strip mall? Now we triple stock up whenever we get near one.
Note to Trader Joe’s: please, some ecommerce! We understand you can’t do it for everything….
