I don’t know what Chard is but I’m sure I’ll find it in the produce section while I’m getting the mango and pineapple. Is there anything I could use instead of bananas? Not a big fan.

I have been exploring the idea of smoothies instead of meals for a couple a day. This one sounds wonderful and so refreshing! A taste of the islands? Yum!
