I don’t know what Chard is but I’m sure I’ll find it in the produce section while I’m getting the mango and pineapple. Is there anything I could use instead of bananas? Not a big fan.
This sounds soooo good. I love the ginger twist
This sounds amazing! I’m always on the lookout for new smoothie recipes.
I have been exploring the idea of smoothies instead of meals for a couple a day. This one sounds wonderful and so refreshing! A taste of the islands? Yum!
I really don’t think you would taste that chard linda! you would be so surprised! Like carrot juice, it is sooo good. I am not a huge fan of carrots either!
