Outfit Additions Review and Giveaway

I love spicing out an outfit with a pretty and colorful belt. Sometimes all a white tee and pair of jeans needs to be a step above casual is an accessory, and I have found mine at Outfit Additions, with their sweet Fabric Belts. The are all made with Silk, and just too pretty for pictures to do them justice!

I choose the Green Shamrock Belt. Isn’t it gorgeous? I choose this color, as I thought it would be a great addition to my wardrobe for not only fall, but each and every season. Because they are silk they have a great sheen to them, that make them even dressier.

Fabric & construction:

- 100% silk jacquard (i.e. woven)

- gold thread has slight sheen

- same fabric as often used in east asian bridal outfits

- medium thickness

- durable

- fully lined for more support

d-ring belt buckle:

- glossy gunmetal d-ring belt buckle

- medium weight. Buckle width 1.75 inches end to end. Thickness 0.25 inches

one size fits most:

- belt measurements (LxW): 43” x 1.5” (excluding buckle)

- fits waist sizes up to 36”

- for trousers or denim worn at the waist, these will fit up to a size 12

- for low rise denim worn in between the waist and hips, these will fit up to a size 10

- for ultra-low rise denim that sits near the hip, these will fit up to a size 8

I was afraid it might be a little fragile, with being Silk, but it is woven so tight that it is extremely durable, and nothing to worry about. The length is good, and what I am not using of the belt, tucks into the next loop easily.

- change pocket with zip closure

This holds more then I had originally thought it might. It has a great change pocket, that keeps change nice and secure, and no slip thrus, as well as a few hidden slots on the inside for special cards, and maybe those credit cards you want to hide from yourself? I do keep everything on the more inside pockets, as I am used to a “pleather” wallet, and it holds cards a little tighter then this fabric.

Both the wallets and the belts have a huge selection of fabric colors and designs, that are sure to please just about anyone. Even the pickiest! I truly think these would make great fashion gifts for any hard to please or hard to buy for lady on your list. Whether birthdays or holidays.

Although I didn’t review any jewelry, I am head over heels for this bangle. Aren’t you?
