Thirsty Thursday Chai After Dinner Cocktail

This drink is scrumptious. But it would be filling if you wanted to have more then one or two, so I have two variations on it.

The First:

2 oz Bolthouse Farms Chai Smoothie

2 oz of Vodka of your choice

Mix in a shaker with ice, and pour into a rocks glass or martini glass.  Shaved chocolate, cinnamon or fresh mint would make a great garnish.

The lighter version:

2 oz. Chai Tea

2oz. of Vodka

Mix in a shaker with ice, and pour into a rocks glass or martini glass.  Shaved chocolate or fresh mint would make a great garnish.

Bolthouse Drinks are sold in a bottle already made. I find them in the produce section of my grocery store. The Chai Smoothie is one of my favorites. They make a Mocha Cappucino thats also excellent. Its better than any of the starbucks drinks.
