The Andean Collection Review and Giveaway

Their natural materials are an amazing alternative to common synthetic beads and are unlike anything ever used before in the fashion forward jewelry industry. The Andean Collection’s original designs are a pleasure to wear, both because your purchase is good for the earth and the people who inhabit it, but also because these natural rainforest materials are wonderful to the touch.
I was sent the Acai Necklace to try out. Shown below is the multi color, but I actually have the pollen color. It works with just about any outfit. jeans, and a white top, black top, just about anything can get dressed up with this necklace. I like it because it has some weight to keep in place, but isn’t so heavy that you want to take it off after wearing it for a few hours. The beads/seeds are also really smooth. The Acai seeds are hand dyed.
I love anything that is fair trade, but the fact that the Andean Collection actually allows their artisans to be part shareholders, is just that much cooler. and that much more of a reason to purchase from them.
