We have done lots of little things. Instead of most of the premade packaged foods for lunches we instead make it at home and put it in reusable containers. No more bottled water we use reusable water bottles as well. We recycle and we also walk or ride our bikes when we can instead of using the car

Aw, I'm not a mom but when I become one I will use cloth diapers and glass or stainless steel bottles. Right now I'm trying to bring all my friend's that are mommies over to the green side.

I am the proud parent of nine kitties. I do not treat them with any pesticides but use a flea comb if needed. I also only clean my house with non-toxic eco-friendly cleaners that are safe if they get exposed to them.

First, thanks SO much for including pet parents as my fur babies are my kids! That said, I have done many green things for my pets. The two big ones are that I changed their clay cat litter over to pine litter and I also changed their diet over to all organic.

One thing I no longer do is use fertilizer on our lawn. I try to incorporate greener alternatives without the pesticides for a nicer looking yard.
