  • 3 T dried Lavender flowers* Or 10-15 drops of Lavender Oil

  • 1 1/2 cups whole milk, cream, or combination (feel free to use powdered milk)

  • 1/3 cup Honey

Blend or use a food processor on the Lavender Flowers. The whisk together lavender powder, milk and honey in a glass bowl, then pour into a jar. Shake the jar well then pour half of the mixture into the bath. Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Makes enough for 2 baths. Feel free to add some dead sea salt as well!

*Dried lavender flowers can be found in the spice section of gourmet and specialty stores.

That sounds wonderful. My garden is filled with lavender flowers right not, so I'm definitely going to harvest some for this.

We are remodeling our bathroom so have only had a shower for about a year (we buy as we can pay so it takes longer). This soak sounds so refreshing and relaxing – I will definitely make it for my first bath in my new tub! Thank you!
