Make it Monday! Lavender and Milk Soak

3 T dried Lavender flowers* Or 10-15 drops of Lavender Oil 1 1/2 cups whole milk, cream, or combination (feel free to use powdered milk) 1/3 cup Honey Blend or use a food processor on the Lavender Flowers. The whisk together lavender powder, milk and honey in a glass bowl, then pour into a jar. Shake the jar well then pour half of the mixture into the bath. Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Makes enough for 2 baths. Feel free to add some dead sea salt as well! *Dried lavender flowers can be found in the spice section of gourmet and specialty stores.

We are remodeling our bathroom so have only had a shower for about a year (we buy as we can pay so it takes longer). This soak sounds so refreshing and relaxing – I will definitely make it for my first bath in my new tub! Thank you!
