Yoga4Dogs DVD ! Review and Giveaway
Hilarious! The dogs seems to think the Mister and I have lost our minds. First they are confused as to why we are in their space in the floor (sitting or standing) but then we snatch them up (gently of course!) and have them start doing some small posing and they know we have officially lost it.
Yoga 4 Dogs is a great way to share your workout with your dog. It features straight forward yoga poses that I really think just about anyone should be able to handle. While also incorporating your dog into the workout. The DVD features workouts for both small and big dogs, as well as a “Happy Paws Dog Massage†section. This is where the dogs officially forgave us for losing our marbles! It is really great to have your dogs part of the workout! Have you ever loved the exercises you learned from a workout DVD but couldn’t stand the host? You will have no problems with Amy Stevens! She is fantastic! Really explains it all very well and also has a calming voice, which is great for yoga!
You can purchase the DVD right from the website for $19.99. Amy donates $1 of each purchase to your choice of the ASPCA or Wildlife Alliance. I have to admit this is better Yoga then the Wii! HA! far better!

my oldest daughters former boyfriend will be out of the country for a year and she is going to be taking care of his ( their former ) dog for him, this would be great for her to do with Kaleb, since she does yoga herself
