A friend of mine has had one of these lamps for a few years. She as well as myself suffer from chronic pain and I would love to have one to see if it would help to make me feel better. Hard to pick just one favorite from Solay…love the Serenity Bowls which are very classy. but ultimately I would have to pick the Solay Polish Flames Salt Lamps because they are so stylishly unique.
I want the lamp because I have suffered from asthma all my life and would love to find something that actually relieves my symptoms or even minimizes my triggers at home. You can imagine what it is like being allergic to something as common as "house dust" or "dust mites"

My favorite is the Solay Himalayan Salt Crystal Lamp (16-20lbs). I love the organic look of it, it would be beautiful on my nightstand. I had no idea that salt lamps are good for your health! I really like the solay persian salt crystal lamp. The purple color is gorgeous and would math my room! I dont sleep. Like really do not sleep so the concept of these lamps are appealing to me.
I would love the AWAKEN Solay Body Scents to wake me up at work. Again, I dont sleep so I need little pick me ups!

I would love to own one of these. I am disabled and spend most of my time at home working at the computer. I also have insomnia, asthma and allergies and feel this would be a huge benefit for me to have one of the lamps.
I once worked with an MD who swore by these lamps. He had a small one in his office and certain times a day he would go into the office and just sit near it staring into it.

I think they give off a relaxing ambience and I would love to just turn off all the lights except for the lamp and meditate. I would really like to have one of these in my home!

My first choice would be Solay Persian salt crystal lamps (1-2lbs) because it would be for the bedroom. They are the purple,lavender,fushia colors that would work well with the decor. I know first hand about the effects of these lamps.I actually purchased a Solay Persian salt crystal lamps (1-2lbs) which is the orange tones for my living room about 1 year ago. I love it! It really does make me feel more relaxed when I have it on. It works lovely as a night light due to the wonderful orange glow that it provides.
My second item would be Gourmet Original Himalayan Fine Table Salt.
If money were no object,my third item would be TheraSauna Infrared Saunas with Natural Salt Floors. I have always wanted a sauna and this is the ultimate!

It's an allergists nightmare – add to that several Chemical plants, an Oil refinery and a Lockheed plant w/in 50 miles along with a few different manufacturing plants – whew!!! In addition, they are supposed to help w/stress, and as a Pediatric Nurse I have my share of stress.

I think the Solay Rare Persian White Lamp is beautiful. I’d use this lamp in my daughter’s room. I think it’d help calm her and feel more comfortable sleeping in her own bed.

My favorite Salt Lamp is the “Solay Globe Salt Lamp” The first thing that attracted me to these lamps, and to this one in particular is how beautiful they are. I like them all but the smooth round shape of this one just appeals to me more.
I also have two people in the house with allergies and I’d love to see if this made a difference.
The other two things that I’d really like to try are the “Solay Organic Under Eye and Neck Cream” and the “Solay Tea Therapy Face Toner with Kukicha Tea and Himalayan Salt”

I have always wanted one of these. My fave item is the Polish Crystal lamp. I would place it by my computer desk to get rid of the negative ions from my monitor. Besides it would look pretty.

Cleansing air with a salt lamp sounds amazing. I have always wanted to own one. They are not only beautiful, but create a clean environment and a peaceful glow.

I love the Solay Persian salt crystal lamps. It looks like the glow would be super relaxing! I also think the Solay Bug Away Soy Pure Candle (mason jar) would be perfect for camping or backyard bbq’s. I just found out about salt lamps not too long ago and have wanted one but not quite able to afford it yet.
I would love the Himalaya Salt Lamp 9-13 lbs. Seeing this is the first one I’d own I would start by putting it in the room where I have the computer since that is where I spend the most time.
I have some allergies and a little asthma. Dust is probably what flares my allergies the worst. In time I would love to have a salt lamp in every room of the house as recommended.

Serenity, peace, and being balanced is something I need in my life. We all need in our life. Having a salt lamp could give me that moment of zen peace. A moment to stop, relax, and if need be recharge to again charge on with life. (gol on how that almost sounds poetic). (sigh)

The Solay Persian salt crystal lamp. It would look beautiful in my bedroom and the note on the site said it was helpful for sleep, and since I have insomnia, that would help. I had never heard or paid attention to “negative” ions before, but I know from working with school kids that all the “positive” ions in the air before rain charges the children up, too. Maybe I need 2 or 3 for my classroom!
Another item I would love to own is the Lavender Soy Candle. Lavender is my favorite scent for home fragrance because it relaxes me.
The third item, as long as I can dream, would be the 2 person salt infrared sauna with a natural salt floor.

I like the Solay Large Eye and Ear Pillows sounds like it would be so relaxing and comforting. Also the Neti Pot sounds great for the sinus which would be great for my Husband as he usually gets sinus infection. Even the Solay Himalayan Salt Crystal Lamps (5-7lbs) help make the air cleaner sounds great also.
