I heart granola. and giving me a way to make it just how I want it, is a true treat! Plus, you don’t have to wait long until it is in your mailbox! I ordered mine early on 4/29 and it was made that day, and in my mailbox on the 30th! Now that is fast shipping!

So what is Mix My Granola exactly? Anything and everything you want! You get to add your own granola base, seeds, nuts, dried fruit, candies etc and your end result is, YOUR granola. Customize your own organic, all natural granola mix from more than fifty ingredients such as goji berries, chia seeds, almonds and organic soy beans. And get it delivered fresh to any location in the U.S.

We take great pride in our ingredients and have hand-picked all of our ingredients from the best producers in the U.S. Most of our ingredients are organic, and all our granolas, nuts and seeds are preservative-free and all-natural products. All fruits are dried fruits and have been carefully processed to preserve their natural flavors and nutritional value. All of our fruits, nuts and seeds are cholesterol-free.

I will admit at first I thought it was a little pricier then I would normally like to pay for Granola but the quality is worth it. I had a $15 gift certificate and I ended up paying an additional 84 cents. This was for 16oz. I did do a little price comparison and I found the Bare Naked has a 23 oz bag and it is about $17 and that doesn’t include shipping or adding what you want! So maybe it isn’t so bad after all. Now the price can be significantly lower or higher, it really depends on what you add to your mix. The bases start at $3.99 and then you add to that.

My favorite thing? the Nutritional chart that updates automatically when you add something or delete something. Like I realized that adding certain nuts added more protien and fiber, then others, so I was able to pick the best choice for taste and nutrition. I really really dig that.

My mix was low fat granola, goji berries, flax seeds, coconut flakes, walnuts and blueberries. A 2oz serving has 252 calories, and 8 grams of protein and 6 grams of fiber. Granted I could have made mine healthier but i like my granola to be a snack. My container is also signed with love from Matt. I love knowing that someone with a true interest in the company is actually mixing these and shipping them. I can’t even begin to tell you how tasty my granola is. I don’t mess with it by adding milk, I just eat it straight. Everything is blended and synergistic with the others and well, it just works, and tastes fantastic. The berries add sweetness and tang, and the nuts add well, that beautiful nutty flavor.

So please if you are interested in buying and nibbling some of the freshest granola around you have found the place.

Their packaging is all 100% recyclable and they print with soy based inks, making them even greener then I originally imagined.
