Ahnu Inspiration

From the gold standard of factory certification (we’re manufactured in one of the few footwear factories in the world with SA8000 accreditation), to the use of certified post-consumer recycled fibers in our catalogs and packaging, our commitment is visible throughout all aspects of our brand.
We believe that balance is vital in performance footwear. The balance between cushioning vs. stability, traction vs. flexibility, and comfort vs. durability must all be taken into account and engineered differently depending upon the activity.
I love my Josie’s and hope to get some more trail time on my Terra Linda XTR.
The Terra Linda was designed as a cross terrain running shoe built to provide great balance and stability. Open spacer mesh uppers provide breathability for extended comfort. Tight mesh along the rand keeps out debris while maintaining breathability. Lacing system integrates a framed webbing structure to fully support the upper. Dual density EVA sock liner features ETC lining for reduced friction and heat build up. Arch support and cushioning provide all-day comfort. Integrated TPU shank and arch support provide torsional rigidity and mid-foot support. Shock dispersal plate in the forefoot for stone bruising protection. Cross-directional, non-marking, slip-resistant lugs provide traction on varied surfaces. QuickLite non-marking rubber outsole for excellent traction. Rear cross-directional lugs provide proper braking traction. 12.00 oz.
We have been so busy lately we haven’t really had much of a chance to hit any parks with trails, but I sincerely hope that i will be able to soon. I can’t wait to test this babies out properly! They are insanely comfortable and so supportive. I have used them on the treadmill mostly, but they are crying for me to get them outside!
I have to say that Ahnu has made a believer out of me. I don’t forsee myelf buying another running or trail shoe with out first checking out, in length, my options with Ahnu!
