For just $6.99 a company called TajTunes.com delivers live personalized singing telegrams to friends, family, coworkers and loved ones. There are a bunch of songs to choose from in categories from birthday and holidays or to simply say what’s up.

Each telegram includes a digital recording of the live delivery sent to the sender via email so the memory of the telegram can be saved, shared, and enjoyed long after the call is made.

“TajTunes are quirky, fun, and addictive to send,” says Helen Hames, VP Marketing at TajTunes. “Every TajTune is fresh, and original. The live delivery adds an element of surprise that you can’t get from paper or electronic greeting cards.”

In Bangalore, a singer at Taj Tunes Song Center makes the call complete with Indian accent. “I have one the most unique jobs someone could think of,” says Anukool Ramakrishnan, singer at TajTunes. “In a busy world it’s gratifying to hear laughter and happiness because of what I bring. The messages are uncommon and superb and sometimes the singers dance when they deliver a tune.

Just to reiterate. these are sent via phone either land line or cell and then a copy sent to an email to save! How fun!

Payless Green Line! zoe & zac Giveaway!

Payless has just unveiled it’s new green and eco-friendlier line of kicks, the zoe & zac line by designer Summer Rayne Oakes. (doesn’t that name just scream hippy parents?) There is a great write up about her on the Payless website that I highly suggest you check you check out!

Now granted this line isn’t the greenest shoe line ever but it is a pretty dang good start! and for everything in the womens and girls line being under $30 I would say it is a steal!

Ever since I was 18 and a friend of mine told me what a great product Simple Green Concentrate was I used it, probably up until about 2 years ago on a regular basis. I will admit that I do cough a little when i use the bathroom cleaner, but since it is all natural I don’t worry as much as the leading bathroom cleaners. I just try and spray it and let is settle before I go back in to wipe. I know it is worth it, because it really kills the grime, and oils that accumulate in the bathtub.

Personally I am quite amazed at how much information is included in this book. I know this will reside in my kitchen and/or coffee table for years to come.
It contains some of the best looking chapters that I have ever seen! Herbal Formulas by Body System, Dosages (so important yet often times not explained!, Preparations from from drying and storage to salves and herbal oils. This really is a huge amount of information!
