New Live Giveaways Giveaway Carnival

**This is taken from an email I received from Jaqueline at BlessingsAbound, I am sure you are excited to hear about this! just wanted to help spread the world!**

Some of you already know that the Bloggy Giveaways Quarterly Carnivalhas been canceled indefinitely. I, along with many other bloggers across the net, were surprised and disappointed at this as we all looked forward in getting together to share our giveaways and meet new bloggers at the same place four times a year. Although we can understand why Melanie and Shannon have decided that they can no longer run it, I went ahead and have gotten written permission from them to start my own carnival! After all, we shouldn’t let this fantastic quarterly event disappear. I know I’ve met many different bloggers I never would have crossed paths with and have won prizes on blogs I never would have had the chance to come across if it wasn’t for this blog giveaway carnival. With the help of the MomDot community and good friends, we will be hosting our first blog giveaway carnival on my new blog, Live Giveaways, which will coincidentally kick off it’s launch starting May 4th at 5:00 a.m. PST and ending on May 10th at 11:59 p.m. PST!

Here are the simple Ultimate Blog Carnival guidelines:

You must hold a giveaway on your own blog or site anytime during the week of the blog carnival and accept entries only in your giveaway post. No entries will be accepted in the Ultimate Blog Carnival’s Mr. Linky.
Each participating blogger or business will need to leave their giveaway’s permalink on the designated Mr. Linky on LiveGiveaways.Com and you’re free to submit as many giveaways as you’d like, but each participating giveaway will have to be posted separately on Mr. Linky.
You will also have to link back to the Ultimate Blog Carnival somewhere within each and every giveaway post that will be participating and link these specific words, Ultimate Blog Carnival on LiveGiveaways.Com. You are more than welcome to post the Ultimate Blog Carnival button in your giveaway post instead if you prefer.
All giveaways must be of a family friendly nature and must not require the giveaway participants to pay for shipping and prizes must be completely free to the winner or they will be deleted from Mr. Linky. Additionally, the participants should not be required to sign up for anything in order to be eligible for a chance to win your giveaway.
We will provide a separate Mr. Linky on May 11th, the day after the Ultimate Blog Carnival concludes, to provide a winner’s list, but all individuals participating in the Ultimate Blog Carnival will still be responsible for contacting their own winners for their giveaways.
The Ultimate Blog Carnival post will be stickied at the top of the main page to ensure the best possible exposure and traffic to the giveaways during the event.
I and other members helping to host and coordinate the Ultimate Blog Carnival are not responsible or liable for any of the participant’s giveaways, their rules, or prizes other than our own.
Any participant who fails to follow these terms will have their giveaways deleted from Mr. Linky. Please respect our rules and we should all have a pleasant time at the Ultimate Blog Carnival!
