Mama Mio Boot Camp for Butts! Review and Giveaway!
Every time I see this name I want to start signing like Wayne and Garth from Wayne’s World!
Mama Mio products have nothing to do with their silliness though! These products mean BUSINESS! First you have their fantastic “no nasties policy” which you can see here. If you are attempting to be green are already plain crunchy you can appreciate that!
Because of this safety policy you can use these products before, during and after pregnancy! Or if you are not a mama like me, and just have some skin issues they welcome you as well!
I was fortunate enough to contact Mara at Mama Mio back in February and she let me try out their Boot Camp for Butts. This is amazing, not only do they give you the three perfect products to help smooth, soften, tone, tighten, increase circulation and reduce the appearance of cellulite, they give you a card that has 2 exercises to tighten and tone the muscles underneath. They know that there is no miracle, you do have to excercise to get rid of cellulite but they do have products that will lead you in the right direction and give you a pretty taut fanny!
Here is what is included in the kit:
A 3 minute kick-ass exercise programme-Targeting your Gluteus Maximus and more – created by celebrity trainer Efua Baker
Body Buff – feel great in the buff-A gentle body exfoliator – kick start circulation and encourage cell renewal. 100ml/6.8 fl.oz
Tummy Toner – a gym for slack skin-A body toning serum – lift, tighten and tone exactly where you need help. 100ml/3.4 fl.oz
Shrink To Fit – a bootcamp for bulges-An amazing cellulite cream – packed full of active ingredients. 100ml/3.4 fl.oz
I have been using this kit since about Valentine’s day. I find that the Shrink to Fit Cream leaves my skin feeling moisturized which I have noticed is a big problem with other cellulite treatments, they usually dry my skin out.
Then the Tummy Toner is a serum, and is nice and light and not sticky! and you need very little of it to get it smoothed all around! (ahem, muffin top!)
The Body Buff is a nice change from the usually pretty harsh sugar and salt scrubs I love to use. It is more of my “everyday” scrub. And it smells good, like cherries? I don’t know but I love the smell!
Overall I give this kit an A+, it has seemed to be pretty effective for me and my tushy! I have noticed my belly skin seems to be a little more firm and my legs definitely have a more smooth appearance. I don’t want to stop using it!

The Bootcamp for Boobs. I know this has the Tummy Toner – a gym for slack skin, in it, but the BIG thing is the Boob Tube – aim North not South that I like, but if I am going to really keep things looking spectacular, the whole kit is a great system!
