Chaco Review and Giveaway!
I have been SOOO excited to bring you this giveaway i can’t even wait until I had it scheduled for. (yes I totally have a giveaway schedule and it is full until May 7!) Maybe you have heard of Chaco maybe you haven’t. But I am telling you right now, your feet have been talking to other feet while you are out walking around and they have been trying to tell you for YEARS to get them a pair of these sweet nuggets of pure joy! Not only are they the most comfortable flip flops on the planet but they are also very much eco-friendly and the company does great charity work.
Connecting with our community We firmly believe that our actions directly affect our customers and our World. We pay our employees to ride their bikes to work, volunteer their time and advance their education. We strive to make a positive impact in our local communities and beyond. In 2006, Chaco was awarded the Community Award by the Western Slope Environmental Resource Council and was recognized by the North Fork River Improvement Association for work in removing the Chipeta Dam. The answer my friend… Our Rocky Mountain region is ground zero for unbridled and irresponsible oil and gas development. We see first-hand the importance of finding a path away from fossil fuels. This year, Chaco purchased 400-megawatt hours of windpowered Green Certificates to match 100 percent of our yearly electrical usage. By doing this, we reduced carbon dioxide emissions—the primary cause of global climate change—by more than 572,000 pounds.
In addition, Chaco donates ten percent of after-tax profits to organizations dedicated to caring for people and the planet. Oh yes, how do they rock, they rock by giving back. It is called having a great product to start and giving back to your planet and to your people. For most of us it is simple humanitarian math, geesh some big wig wall streeters could certianly use some Chaco USA lessons!
Okay so lets talk about why Chaco is so dern awesome besides the humanitarian stand point.
THE FIT!
With the assistance of a certified pedorthist, we designed the contours of our footbed to control pronation and maximize performance. Our BioCentricâ„¢ footbed ensures a supported, comfortable stride in any activity and as a result, has been awarded the Seal of Acceptance by the American Podiatric Medical Association (APMA). 
They make sure the arch is supported, the heal has the proper shock absorption, with just a small uprised heel to give you a lateral platform, and they offer multiple widths so you can walk away one happy hiker!
Chaco carries all types of terrain wear for your toes. Not just flops, they will even make you a pair in white for your wedding if you are that knee deep! I think that is fantastic! they carry multi-sport shoes and boots, and casual shoes, as well as sandals and their flip flops. Their casuals are so very cute!
so yes, the lovely dear people at Chaco sent me a fantastic pair of Switch Cutgrass Flip Flops to try out. The color on top is called braiding (sorta) of green and white and some tan and I love green so these were just perfecto! They took a second to get used to the feel but when you normally wear $7 sandals from target that you have to keep on your feet and end up with shin splits if you walk to much, well that will happen! lol
These fit so well now that I have worn them more often. They have molded to my foot and I will wear these puppies out for sure!
