Watkins Celebrates 140 Years! Giveaway
Watkins has been around nearly forever it seems. I am surprised it has never made it’s way into my home. When Martha approached me for a giveaway for your readers I was extremely happy! First for you, then secondly it finally gave me a chance to go to the Watkins website and poke around for more then a second!

Original Double Strength Vanilla – use only half of what your recipe calls for, contains only 8.25% alcohol as opposed to other brands which have 35% or more! It is bake proof and freeze proof because of the low alcohol content. Introduced in 1895 and is still a best seller today!

My mother always used Watkins extracts and there were quite a few interesting ones! I’d love to have the double strength vanilla again. Also, I have recently become allergic to MSG and I have a very hard time finding MSG free products, especially bouillon and soup bases– so I’d love to try those, too.
