Garden of Eve Review and Giveaway

As Pure as it Gets. That is Garden of Eve’s Tag line. And how true it is when you try her products. A luxurious flavor of nature and you can feel Eve’s heart and soul poured into her products. Her body and hand creams are so delicate but so moisturizing. I fell in love with the scent of Joy to the Heart Hand and Body Cream. I think I smell a slight scent of Rose but I know I smell Ylang Ylang with is always going to me.
My other favorite Garden of Eve so kindly scent me to sample was her Light and Lovely Lavender Cream. It was scented perfectly for my taste and moisturized wonderfully yet was perfect enough that I could back on my laptop type and not slip around and mistype any more then normal! And trust me I need I all the help I can get!
Garden of Eve also carries amazing skin care products, products that feed the skin what is needed to balance and nourish on a cellular level, without any buildup to clog the pores or prevent the skin from breathing. Made without harmful synthetic ingredients, the natural organic and wild crafted botanicals in Garden of Eve toners and moisturizer crèmes are completely absorbed and become part of your skin’s health. The essential oils chosen for our formulations are known for their anti aging properties and can be used on ultra sensitive skin without worries.
Garden of Eve skin care is a unique skin care system that primarily uses the essential oils of plants for their beneficial botanical ingredients.
Garden of Eve will also custom blend skin care if you have specific problematic skin issues. Where else can you get that kind of specialized care?
Garden of Eve would love to give one of my readers a 3.3oz Hand and Body cream of your choice or a Face Care Sampler Kit.

Ben & Jerry’s Bliss
This is taking place of my normal Wake N Bake Wednesday post. This is just too good to not fill you in on, and well it is green(er) because you can pick it while you are at the store for other items and you don’t have to turn on the oven later on! Insert major EYEROLL!
CAKE BATTER!!! This would be YELLOW CAKE BATTER WITH CHOCOLATE FROSTING. aka, KG’s (me) heaven on earth! Yellow cake with a thin layer of choc frosting is my favorite cake ever. now you add in that it has been duplicated into ICE CREAM? HOLY MOSES! we are talking! I only have one suggestion. they should make a little dipper side car and put the frosting in it, and leave the whole pint cake batter ice cream. there is slightly too much chocolate frosting messing with my yellow cake batter. Remember when i divulged that I wasn’t a huge chocolate fan? Now don’t get me wrong, the frosting is good, I think they just messed the ratio up a little but. Everyone assumes everyone else is just as big of a chocolate lover as they are, and Ben & Jerry are just as guilty. But I forgive them. Their Willy Nelson’s Country Peach Cobler is pretty Tasty!
Anyway, share you favorite ice cream concoctions with me. The mister and I have a delicious bad habit of eating ice cream.
OH, and I also wanted to fill you in that I will have a giveaway for Organic vegan 100% delicious cake later this month. trust me, i have tried it and it excellent!
Envirosax Review and Giveaway
* Approx. 100 billion of the 380 billion are plastic shopping bags.
* An estimated 12 million barrels of oil is required to make that many plastic bags.
* Only 1 to 2% of plastic bags in the USA end up getting recycled.
* Thousands of marine animals and more than 1 million birds die each year as a result of plastic pollution.
* The United Nations Environment Programme estimates that there are 46,000 pieces of plastic litter floating in every square mile of ocean.
* Plastic bags are often mistakenly ingested by animals, clogging their intestines which results in death by starvation. Other animals or birds become entangled in plastic bags and drown or can’t fly as a result.

* Even when they photo-degrade in landfill, the plastic from single-use bags never goes away, and toxic particles can enter the food chain when they are ingested by unsuspecting animals.
* Greenpeace says that at least 267 marine species are known to have suffered from getting entangled in or ingesting marine debris. Nearly 90% of that debris is plastic.
* Americans consume more than 10 billion paper bags per year. Approximately 14 million trees are cut down every year for paper bag production.
* Most of the pulp used for paper shopping bags is virgin pulp, as it is considered stronger.
* Paper production requires hundreds of thousands of gallons of water as well as toxic chemicals like sulphurous acid, which can lead to acid rain and water pollution.
These Envirosax bags are adorable! They are fashion forward enough you will feel like a diva using yours even at a high end mall! I have one from the Botanical series, it is just so pretty! I am keeping it separate from my normal grocery sacks. This is strictly
for drugstore runs, and real shopping trips! YAY! It is actually pretty large too, and has a fantastic snap closure, you can fold it in half long ways, then roll it up, snap it together and it is really small, fits neatly in your glove box or purse so you never have to be with out. Win, win!
And stay tuned, I will have another giveaway for a bag from the ultra new ultra cool Candy series around Earth Day!
So now you have your chance to win your very own Botanica series bag!
You must go to Envirosax and tell me if you had your choice between any bag what would you choose, you must do this in order to enter.

Power Of Nature Jewels Review + Giveaway

Power of Nature Jewels is one of my favorite new finds on Etsy. It is a multi-purpose shop. It serves your jewelry needs but also your health, love, chakra, and so much more! Most people don’t think about their health and inner energy when buying jewels, but have your ever picked up a crystal and closed your eyes and felt the vibration? If you have, then you know it is one of the coolest things in the world! Crytals have the life force to heal and bring peace and energy and so much more to our lives. That is why I would love to introduce you to Aubrey, the master mind behind this fantastic shop, here is her little bio:
I’m 28. Love Nature, the outdoors, and animals! I love music of all kinds, whatever touches my soul
Love to sing, and write and am trying to learn how to play the guitar. I love reading about the healing elements of gemstones of course! Love spending time with my family and friends! Love being creative and getting to express my self through painting, writing, crocheting, and of course my jewelry! (and anything else that sparks my interest!) I opened my shop in August 2008. I am both the artist and creator of all the jewelry in my shop. Creative by nature I am known to always be working on several projects at a time. All of that came to a screeching halt several months ago when I was seriously injured in a car accident. Which has left me with both immense pain and time on my hands. I found myself drawn to searching for other forms of healing. The healing power of stones and other natural elements immediately sparked my interest. I have created beautiful jewelery with stones and other natural elements hand picked for their special healing properties. Creating these special pieces has brought me comfort and pride in something I can create and be around the natural healing properties of, and present them to the world. My wish is that each item I sell is worn in much good health, good fortune, Love and Light! Each item I sell comes with and explanation of what healing gemstones and powers are incorporated into each piece.Getting to create these pieces for people and hearing their wonderful feedback and kind words, keeps me going. I love my customers! They are so awesome and caring, and keep my spirits up! I’ve established many friendships through kindred spirits who find me and my shop. Getting to work one on one with customers that wish for custom pieces is also a treasured joy for me.
Aubrey sent me a bracelet that has garnet, rose quartz, and amethyst in a cage like setting, much like the one pictured here.
I knew it was the perfect one for me when I felt it warm my hand as I put it on. Some of you may think I am silly when I say that, but I have always been sensitive to crystals. The bracelet itself is gorgeous! Ruby red Garnet, is so pretty, and then the Amethyst is such a compliment to the red, she put amethyst in for me to help with migraines. and one of my favorite stones is Rose Quartz. I have carried a small glass bottle of Rose Quartz in whatever purse I am carrying for 5 years!! I always thought it was to find love but once I found love it was to keep it! HA!
The bracelet is nice and sturdy and I love the toggle closure, makes it easy to slip on and off.
Ok now I know you are dying for me to get the giveaway part. If you haven’t already skipped to it! Tsk Tsk.
You have a chance at winning these gorgeous Chakra earrings! Healing Power of Nature /Red Jasper, Carnelian, Citrine, Malachite, Sodalite, Turquoise, and Amethyst/ and The 7 Chakras Silver Swirl Lever Back Earrings. I think you have to agree they are BEAUTIFUL!!!
Ok so to win you have to go to Power of Nature Jewels and pick out another item there that you would love to have. You must do this in order to enter.
