Now I didn’t want to take advantage of how great of a deal that is, so I measured my old glasses to make sure my frame wouldn’t be too large. I used the Eye Try Online service and judged the glasses description with my old glasses and I can say I am now a believer!

I sucked it up and here is a picture of me sporting my new awesome glasses! I can SEE! I added the reflective coating, anti-scratch, I had them Super Thinned (not bottle lenses here!), and had the IV filter added. I paid $30 over the $100 discount. Not bad at all! I added all of those things because my eyes really are bad and anything I can do to help I will!

So how is this green? well not really much but I have read articles proving that ordering online is the greener choice then driving to get items. I don’t know whether I believe that or not. Ethel Gloves Review and Giveaway!

As most of you know I love to garden. I picked their Ethel’s Signature style to be sent to me. And they came at the best time. I was planning on tearing down last years garden that very weekend! What you’ll need:

* 2 oz of clear Tequila (Sauza or clear premium tequila) 4Copas is a great organic tequila if you can find it near you!
* (count 1, 2 while you pour, no need for measuring)
* A splash of fresh lime juice
* A splash of Grand Marnier or BOLS Triple Sec (naturesflavor.com also has an organic triple sec)

Combine all ingredients over a glass of ice

Garnish with a lime wedge and salt (or sugar) if you’d like.

Beau Bain Review and Giveaway

I love sinking into a nice warm bath. But I am not much of a bubble person. they never last long enough, and they really don’t DO anything. Then I found Beau Bain’s Bath Bombs. Soda Stream Review and Coupon !!!!

I can’t even begin to tell you how excited I was when I found out I was going to be able to review a Soda Stream Penguin! I don’t drink a huge amount of soda, but I do need a twist of carbonation at times, well at least once everyday! I know soda in itself isn’t green, but with this you are saving cans, plastic bottles etc. One of their drink containers saves 33 cans! And it is recyclable!

When this bad boy showed up at the house, I literally dropped what I was doing and tore into it! Mister was on the phone for work and I was dying for him to check it out. I quickly pulled the little babe out of the box, read through the directions and went to work! You basically slide the carbonator in and screw it in. Easy. Then you take a carafe with COLD water into the other side (penguins backside) and press the bill(beak) 3 times, press one button to let out extra carbonation and you have successfully made tonic water! All you have to do then is choose whether you want to add flavor. I first made Diet Ginger Ale. I made it a little weak. I don’t think I carbonated it enough and I know i didn’t add enough flavor. But it was still pretty tasty! Since that time I have made it a few more and it is excellent! You can hit the beak more then 3 times if you want more carbonation or only press it once or twice if you want less. Three times is usually perfect for me.

I have also sampled the Berry water, so you have flavored carbonated water. I didn’t think I would like that as much, but i was pleasantly surprised! It is really good. a nice change from plain water. They call the water, MY Water. I received the sample pack that has all 3 flavors. berry, orange and lemon lime. I also received a sampler, each packet contains enough product to make 1 liter of soda. I am a root beer fan so I was excited to see Diet Root Beer in the mix! And hold the phone cause it is tasty!
