well Ladies and Gentleman it is almost 2009!

What do you think about that? Or do you think anything about that? just another year? and in March you might start remember to to write 2009 before you the 8? (that is me) but I love having a new year so I can get a chance to start fresh. Even if it is just a feeling.

Well I made 2 resolutions this year. #1, to stick with my goals. (those are any goals I may make throughout the year and feel free to remind me!)
#2 to change all of my skin care and makeup over to 100% natural! And let me tell you that is a hard course! I have made some change in that category already and I have to say I am satisfied but there are a few I am not quite happy with just yet.

i will get into some more specifics on all of these later this week, but I did want to talk to you a little about what my blog here PrissyGreen will be about. First my name is Karissa, a lot of my friends call me KG. I love skin care, I love dabbling with makeup, not uber funky all the the time but I do love playing with it! always have! and I also love organics, essential oils and growing herbs and making skincare. I want this blog to be about sharing tips for making our lives greener in the house, whether it is about skin, hair, nails or cleaning the toilet or doing the laundry! bring it all! I don’t have any kids but I have come from a HUGE Catholic family (50 cousins just on 1 side) so I know a lot about kids, so please yes lets talk about them too!

I also have 2 beautiful dogs and I would love to share fab eco friendly tips for help with them as well.

I will start having giveaways and all that jazz too! so please stick around and I promise we will have a GRAND OL TIME!!!
